About The Position

As a Summer Co-op 2025 - Product Attributes & Architecture Engineering at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be at the heart of a team that is transforming our iconic brand for the next era. Keurig Brewers utilize advanced technology to provide the Perfect Cup, in every cup. This product development team is responsible for end-to-end research, design, manufacture, and delivery of all beverage appliances for the At Home and Away from Home market segments. Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, the Product Attributes & Architecture Engineering Co-Op will work closely with Product Attribute Leaders to help develop strategy for the key product attributes of Performance and Craftsmanship, support the benchmarking of our own and competitive products from a beverage delivery perspective, and work on various product attribute continuous improvement projects. The KDP 2025 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 9 - December 5, 2025, offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, with a hybrid work model (in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). As a Product Attributes & Architecture Engineering Co-Op, you will support Attribute Advanced Development and Innovation projects, assist in the development of key product attribute prototypes, and help create specifications for the Craftsmanship and Performance attributes. You will also be involved in developing new appliance and beverage testing methods, analyzing testing data and consumer feedback to build new insights, and crafting requirements and targets for new and existing appliances and beverage types. The specific advanced development project(s) that the Co-Op will be involved in will be focused on active projects at the time of the internship. The Co-Op will be involved in architectural and product attribute knowledge gathering to support our planning process. Major deliverables include a presentation summarizing accomplishments over the Co-Op, a report-out on conclusions and next steps for owned project(s), and key insights gained from craftsmanship benchmarking conducted across internal and competitive products. Opportunities for learning include developing skills pertaining to product design, applying Systems Engineering, and understanding the connection between key decisions, knowledge gaps, activities, and their use in product development. Elements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include engaging in innovative projects, participating in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives, receiving professional development training, being paired with a mentor, and completing a project from start to finish to present to your team and other stakeholders.
