About The Position
The Bridgewater Club is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Childcare Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children while their families enjoy the club’s amenities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with kids and want to be part of a positive, energetic team during the summer season.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Experience working with children preferred
- Friendly, dependable, and energetic
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children
- Assist with child check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate with parents and guardians as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
- Follow all club safety procedures and policies
