Requirements
- Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a child-related field (preferred).
- School-age care experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the well-being and security of all enrolled children.
- Implementing behavior intervention strategies and creating an inclusive environment.
- Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality programming standards.
