About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tennis Instructor to lead and assist with our Summer Camp Tennis Program. The ideal candidate is passionate about tennis, enjoys working with children, and can create a positive and energetic learning environment for campers of introductory skill levels.

Requirements

• Previous tennis coaching or playing experience required
• Experience working with children in a camp, coaching, or instructional setting preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to manage groups in an outdoor setting
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily instruction in tennis fundamentals and exposure to tennis
• Organize drills, games, and basic play
• Create a fun, structured, and engaging camp experience
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
• Manage groups effectively and maintain high energy throughout the day
• Communicate with parents and staff regarding camper progress and needs
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and general camp operations
