About The Position

Snapology is one of the top children’s enrichment franchises in the country—and we’re growing! We bring STEM to life through hands-on building, creativity, and teamwork. If you love working with kids and want a job that’s actually fun, keep reading.

As a Snapology Lead Instructor, you’ll lead engaging STEM programs for kids ages 3–14 (you won’t have to teach every age group). You’ll guide up to 20 students at a time through awesome, curriculum-based activities that spark creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years working with children (classroom, camp, youth programs, etc.)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Current background clearances

Nice To Haves

• Teaching background a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy camps, classes, workshops, and birthday parties

• Prep using provided curriculum and training
