Summer Camp STEM Instructor
About The Position
Snapology is one of the nation’s leading children’s enrichment programs—and we’re growing fast. We bring STEM to life through hands-on building, creativity, and teamwork. If you love working with kids and want a job that doesn’t feel like a job… you’re in the right place. As a Snapology Lead Instructor, you’ll lead high-energy STEM programs for kids ages 3–14 (don’t worry—you won’t teach them all at the same time). You’ll guide up to 20 students through interactive, curriculum-based activities that spark creativity, build confidence, and make learning actually fun. If you bring the energy, we’ll bring the bricks. Let’s build something awesome—together.
Requirements
- 2+ years working with kids (camps, classroom, coaching, etc.)
- Strong group/classroom management skills
- Reliable, upbeat, and team-first attitude
- Background clearances
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience is a bonus—not a dealbreaker
Responsibilities
- Lead camps, classes, workshops, and epic birthday parties
- Create a fun, structured, high-energy environment
- Prep and deliver programs using our ready-to-go curriculum
- Communicate with parents and partners like a pro
