About The Position
The Summer Camp Instructor will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children attending Summer on the Point at St. Francis Episcopal. This position involves planning and facilitating a variety of activities that promote learning, teamwork, and personal growth among summer campers. The worker will be responsible for supervising children, ensuring their safety, and providing support in both structured and unstructured settings. Additionally, the Summer Camp Instructor will collaborate with other staff to develop and implement camp programs aligned with educational goals. Ultimately, the success of this role will be measured by the positive experiences and developmental progress of the campers throughout the summer.
