About The Position

Summer Camp Leader - Part-time - Portland, OR. (David Douglas school district) Monday-Friday Starting May 25, ending August 10, 2026 (Estimated dates) Inspire and lead as a Summer Camp Leader in a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation, excitement, curiosity, adventure, and a sense of belonging. As a Camp Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the summer memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children in a camp setting is a plus
