About The Position

The Summer Camp Group Leader is a temporary position focused on guiding and mentoring a group of campers throughout their daily activities during the summer camp season. This role emphasizes building relationships, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers. The Group Leader will work closely with co-leaders and activity specialists to create an exciting and supportive environment for children aged 5-15.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for all 8 weeks of the camp season from June 30 to August 22, 2025.
• Passion for working with children and mentoring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Guide a group of campers through daily activities and adventures.
• Act as a mentor, cheerleader, and role model for campers.
