In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create and implement a dynamic and engaging summer camp program for children. This role will begin as an hourly position from February through April and transition to a part-time seasonal role from May through August. The competitive compensation is based on your qualifications and experience. YOUR DAY As the Summer Camp Director, you ensure the success of our program by hiring and training counselors, collaborating with vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing registration. Your organizational skills and attention to detail make you an invaluable asset to our summer camp. YOUR HOURS The early phase of this role will focus on staffing, training, member communication, vendor coordination, marketing and promotion, and managing registrations. The in-season phase will focus on activity execution, staff management, and the overall daily operation of the camps.
