Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am - 2:30pm (Times may vary) Seasonal / Summer Position - Required to work June - August Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row! Your Role in Our Mission Support campers with daily activities, personal care, and recreation Encourage independence, social skills, and participation in camp activities Assist with community outings and leisure experiences Ensure camper health, safety, and well-being at all times Help with lifting, transfers, and mobility as needed Assist with medication administration and documentation Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports Work as part of a supportive, mission-driven team Pay & Perks: Competitive hourly pay Paid training — no experience required Employee Assistance Program Hands-on experience in human services Fun, energetic, and rewarding summer work What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Reliable transportation & current auto insurance Positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork skills Comfortable using technology or willing to learn (EHR) Experience is a plus — training provided!
