At Easterseals PORT Health , our EMPOWER Summer Camp Direct Service Providers support children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a fun, safe, and inclusive camp environment. If you’re energetic, compassionate, and love working hands-on with people — this is the perfect summer opportunity! Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour days (times may vary) Seasonal / Summer Position - Required to work June - August Your Role in Our Mission Support campers with daily activities, personal care, and recreation Encourage independence, social skills, and participation in camp activities Assist with community outings and leisure experiences Ensure camper health, safety, and well-being at all times Help with lifting, transfers, and mobility as needed Assist with medication administration and documentation Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports Work as part of a supportive, mission-driven team
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation & current auto insurance
- Positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using technology or willing to learn (EHR)

- Experience is a plus — training provided!
