About the position
As an Summer Camp Counselor at Primrose School of West Woods you’ll help care for little ones aged 5 to 12 who are enrolled in our Summer Adventure Club. You’ll implement a fun and flexible curriculum with student-led projects that focus on leadership, character development and design thinking. The best part is the adventures off campus to various field trips every week.
Responsibilities
- Help care for children aged 5 to 12 in the Summer Adventure Club.
- Implement a fun and flexible curriculum with student-led projects.
- Focus on leadership, character development, and design thinking.
- Organize and participate in weekly field trips.
Requirements
- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Certification.
- College Coursework in ECE, EDU or Human Services.
- PDIS Credential 2.0 or 3.0 or Pyramid Plus Coursework.
- Pass all required background checks.
- Able to lift infants and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
