About The Position

Bethesda Country Club is hiring Summer Camp Counselors to create a memorable experience for the members by supervising their children during designated times at the Club. Requirements

• Ability to collect accurate information
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent communicator
• Team Player

Responsibilities

• Focus on social activities as well as sports-related activities for Golf, Tennis, Fitness, and Swimming
• Supervise children and provide a safe, engaging, accident-free environment
• Helps with the organization and planning of our Tiger Cub Program
• Help plan and execute events (Bingo and Movie Nights in the Summer)
• Opening and closing duties in the Tiger Den
• Collect and organize lost and found
