Summer Camp Counselors are a fundamental part of the camper experience, providing a fun, comforting, and dynamic environment. You and your co-counselor will be responsible for the safety, well-being, and cleanliness of your campers along with establishing a unique vibe for your group! Passionate about STEM, the arts, or all things movement? You’ll join a route and help campers discover their interests while acting as support for specialty instructors in focuses like art, drone flying, tae kwon, and more! Counselors work up to 40 hours a week including arrival/dismissal carpool and counselor duties and must attend training the week before the start of camp and decorate their classroom “cabin”. Counselors are responsible for leading 18-20 campers through their daily rotations, lunch, and playground time along with your co-counselor. Camp takes place both indoors and outdoors so counselors are expected to be walking and standing most of the day while both indoors and outdoors.
