Foundation Academies’ Summer Bridge Program is designed to ensure incoming 9th grade scholars build the academic foundation and confidence needed for success in high school. The program prioritizes literacy, mathematics, and scientific thinking, with a focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong academic habits. This role is ideal for educators who are committed to accelerating student learning and ensuring readiness for the rigor of high school. High expectations for both academic achievement and student engagement are essential. The Summer Bridge Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction and ensuring scholars are actively engaged in rigorous learning every day. This role requires a strong ability to analyze student data, adjust instruction in real time, and build a classroom culture that promotes effort, discourse, and mastery. The Summer Bridge Program runs from July 13 to August 6, Monday through Thursday, and is located in Trenton, NJ.
