About The Position
This First Gen Intern will work closely with the Director of Office for Student Equity and the Director of Multicultural Student Services & International students on the research, support, development and implementation of efforts at Saint Mary's College to better support our First Gen student community. This position will work independently at times with research and idea development, but will also have the opportunity for campus collaboration with many campus partners. This person should have an interest in developing opportunities to improve the overall experience and support for all First Gen college students at Saint Mary's.
