The Network Strategy & Solutions (NSS) team is comprised of Campus & Data Center Engineering and Edge Engineering. The NSS team, along with Network Delivery Services (NDS) team, make up the Network Infrastructure and Engineering (NIE) team. This complete team is designed to allow more focus on network services by segmenting teams into infrastructure services and delivery services instead of by technology. There are new on-call rotation, engagement, and escalation procedures; thereby necessitating the need for new groups for email, ServiceNow, and on-call rotation. The Summer Associate will provide professional execution of day-to-day tasks and special projects while working within established NFCU standards and guidelines. The Summer Associate will help manage our Information Management Systems that monitor network services and activities. The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
