About The Position

The Mortgage Correspondence team handles a variety of member support and operational tasks, including responding to NFO messages, Qualified Written Requests (QWRs), and member concerns. Additionally, the team assists with remediation efforts, such as executing mail merge processes, to ensure accurate and timely communication with members. Potential Project: The correspondence team generates statements after the 16th of each month, when late charges are applied. On the 18th (or prior business day), a mass billing sweep runs through MSP for accounts on auto draft (Bill Mode 6) or bill and receipt (Bill Mode 9), covering over half the portfolio. The next business day, multiple teams review a passport report to ensure no accounts were missed. Per CFPB guidelines, reconciliation must be completed within four business days after the grace period ends. This multi-team process presents opportunities for streamlining and improved efficiency.
