Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a brand-new onboarding experience for contractors, complete with interactive content, quizzes, and real-life scenarios.
• Conduct gap analysis on existing training programs to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Reimagine training materials to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Analyze course data to evaluate learning experiences and present findings to leadership.
