About The Position

The Digital department leads technology experiences at Navy Federal including our mobile application, website, and the core service management system used by frontline employees in call centers and branch locations. The digital platforms serve over 12+ million members and team members, as well as support close to 3 billion digital sessions in a year. Within this larger department, the Digital Strategy team is a small and mighty group of Business Systems Analysts, Program Managers, and Technical Program Managers focused on orchestrating the Digital portfolio of work across internal teams and the enterprise. We drive strategic roadmaps, develop and facilitate planning events, champion Agile best practices across internal silos, research and balance new product and feature ideas submitted from across the credit union, develop strategies and recommendations for executives, and articulate the vision for selected strategies across the credit union. We help Digital make data-driven investment decisions around balancing a nimble technology-based member experience today with a runway for massive multi-year strategies that will help Navy Federal advance beyond legacy systems and practices to become even more scalable, adaptable, and member centric as it continues the rapid growth it has seen in recent years.
