The Data, Systems and Special Projects division of Workplace Infrastructure and Logistics (WIL) is a new team focusing on laying the foundation for data governance and data analytics practices for our department. We support multiple WIL divisions that provide services at our operational sites, like facility maintenance and operations; space utilization and space reservations; internal mail, print and supply operations. Specifically, we are focusing on solutions for these divisions to adopt effective data utilization practices while aligning to enterprise-wide governance landscape. The Summer Associate would work both independently and collaboratively to support analysts on the team and our internal business partners by performing data collection, processing, and cleaning; developing and refining reports and dashboards; and providing recommendations to support departmental objectives based on data analysis. The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
