The Summer Associate will join the Technology, Innovation, Experience and Strategy (TIES) Technology Solutions Team which drives innovation through effective project management, robust implementation of technology solutions, and strategic systems management in partnership with technology teams and business partners. The team is committed to delivering innovative technology solutions, optimizing processes, and empowering informed decision-making to support the strategic goals and success of the organization. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) position is responsible for coordinating and conducting basic system analyses through data acquisition and modeling. Identifies, coordinates, documents, and implements business requirements by determining solutions that enhance business systems, as well as providing support to business operations and processes under close supervision. To analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes with limited latitude. Work with the business to understand their needs, related to information technology and enhance business process by promoting new functionality. Using basic knowledge of technology and specific software applications, assist the business to implement strategic vision through technology.
