The IT Summer Associate / Intern will support cross-functional technology initiatives across AMN Healthcare’s IT organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise technology projects, Agile delivery models, cloud-based tools, cybersecurity, and software development processes—building a strong technical foundation while working alongside experienced professionals in a healthcare environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED | Required
- 0–2 years of related experience
- Currently enrolled in a technical education program, college, or university
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Basic technical and IT knowledge
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn

- Preferred fields of study: Technology, IT, or related disciplines
Responsibilities
- Supporting cross-functional IT and technology initiatives
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and project execution
