About The Position
Greenbrook Partners (“GB”) is a privately held vertically integrated real estate company with over $1.5B of assets under management. GB looks to find opportunities to capitalize on value and maximize returns for our investors by revitalizing undermanaged, undercapitalized and obsolete assets. Since 2018, GB has acquired and redeveloped over 1,800 residential units in Brooklyn, making GB one of the most active investors in the NYC multifamily market. Capitalizing on this success, GB is looking to expand into other asset types and geographic regions. With our expansion, Greenbrook is seeking to add a Summer Associate to our team. The Summer Associate will work within the asset management function and will have exposure to all aspects of our business including acquisitions, development, construction, accounting and leasing. This position will have direct interaction with a top-tier institutional private equity investor and correspond with a national lender on a regular basis. The position is in-person based in New York City.
