In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated salary for this position in Chicago is $2690 per week. This salary is Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. We are seeking a second-year law student to join us as a summer associate during summer 2026 working with our Affordable Housing & Real Estate Practice Group in our Manchester, NH office. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated interest and/or experience in real estate. Our summer associates provide legal research, writing, and other substantive support for our attorneys on projects that are both challenging and exciting. Summer associates will be paired with a mentor and receive real-time feedback. We also offer various training programs - both practice and office specific - throughout the duration of the program. Requirements
