Our program is designed to provide a meaningful and immersive experience that allows you to gain valuable skills while working with some of the world’s most innovative companies. A highlight of our program is our firm-wide Summer Associate Retreat focused on professional development and networking. You’ll also get to be part of our commitment to our communities by engaging in pro bono and volunteer opportunities throughout the summer. We are currently seeking students with a demonstrated interest in one or more of the following practice areas: Trademark & Copyright Litigation and Counseling Corporate Transactions – M&A & Securities; Commercial Finance; Investment Management & Broker-Dealer Litigation – Commercial Litigation; Construction Litigation; Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Litigation Patent Litigation Patent Prosecution

Requirements

Academic Excellence – Demonstrated academic achievement
Leadership – Meaningful involvement and leadership in extracurricular activities
For Patent Prosecution roles, a degree in a relevant technical field is required, including: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Biomedical Engineering Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry (Inorganic/Organic)
