Provide direct supervision and management of visual arts camps; working closely with Instructors and the Creative Arts Supervisor in organizing and communicating with parents. May substitute teach for brief intervals as necessary. This position serves as a customer service and staff support role, assisting instructors with classroom setup and takedown, scheduled activities, and program delivery throughout the camp session. This will include encouraging and helping children with their art projects, assisting with group projects, supervising children, and performing first aid as necessary. This role requires the ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative, as well as a high level of tact, professionalism, and courtesy in frequent interactions with children, parents, staff, and the general public.
