Program Description Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture. Job Description Blackstone’s Summer Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to enhance their perspective on business and investing. Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long-tenured investment teams in the infrastructure secondaries industry. The infrastructure vertical is a dedicated group of individuals within Strategic Partners focused exclusively on infrastructure secondaries investing. The Infrastructure Secondaries Summer Analyst will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of infrastructure funds and assets including renewables, utilities, digital infrastructure, and transportation assets, among other sub-sectors. The Infrastructure Secondaries Summer Analyst will gain valuable experience by working on secondary transactions, fund restructurings, co-investments, primary commitments, and other unique deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, executing investments, and conducting various research projects.
