About The Position
The Summer Academy Site Director at Thrive Scholars is responsible for providing on-site leadership during the Residential Summer Academy programs. This role ensures a positive, enriching, and safe experience for Scholars, overseeing day-to-day operations, program logistics, and staff management. The Site Director will live among the Scholars in a residence hall and collaborate with Assistant Site Directors to provide 24-hour coverage throughout the program duration. This position is temporary and full-time, with a focus on supporting high-achieving, diverse, and underrepresented students.
