About The Position
The intern will work with the Capital Markets team and broader Corporate Finance group to advance Welltower's investment opportunities and overall growth strategy. The role is highly visible and requires periodic collaboration with senior management of the Company. The Corporate Finance program allows interns to build upon their basic finance knowledge in a real-world setting. The objectives of the Corporate Finance team include ensuring access to a plurality of efficient capital sources across debt and equity and the public and private markets, delivering the company's fundamental operating performance and strategic initiatives to key external stakeholders, maximizing the impact of investor relations strategy, optimizing management team effectiveness, and monitoring trends in various financial markets to establish and execute balance sheet strategy.
