Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Accounting majors - Master or Bachelor of Accountancy (or dual accounting and finance majors) with a final graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
  • Coursework in accounting and finance, MUST BE eligible for CPA licensure upon graduation

Responsibilities

  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence engagements
  • Analyze company financial information and other data to identify items such as historical and projected financial and operating trends and potential liabilities and risk which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company
  • Build industry skills and qualifications
  • Support group strategy, marketing, and client development efforts
