About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. Our program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what it's like to work here full-time. We deliver a best-in-class program experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community, while receiving critical training and development to be a future Fidelity associate. Interns can expect to participate in professional and financial development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and regional events to build connections with leaders and fellow interns.

Requirements

• Current college student (undergraduate or graduate) who will return to coursework after their summer internship.
• Availability for the entire 10-week program from June 1st - August 7th, 2026.
• Strong problem-solving and Excel skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service or operations.
• Familiarity with data gathering and reporting.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and business partners to ensure the seamless delivery of Fidelity's products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service support and detailed processing of transaction requests.
• Engage in various business units, including Client Experience, Healthcare Operations, Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations, and more.
