About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. Our program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what it's like to work here full-time. We deliver a best-in-class program experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community, while receiving critical training and development to be a future Fidelity associate.

Requirements

• Current college student (undergraduate or graduate) who will return to coursework after their summer internship.
• Availability for entire 10-week program from June 1st - August 7th, 2026.
• Ability to align to our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Experience different HR areas and gain a broad, cross-functional understanding of the HR function and a foundation of business insight.
• Exposure to the different realms of HR: Talent Management, Talent acquisition, People Analytics, Benefits, Line HR, Associate Experience, T&D Learning, Compensation, Employee Relations, etc. through formal learning sessions.
• Participate in meetings with best-in-class Fidelity associates and occasionally outside vendor partners.
• Build business acumen in their dedicated assignment area and learn corporate communication styles and how to navigate the workplace effectively.
• Professionally network with multiple associates, across multiple levels, within Fidelity HR.
• Creatively assess their assignment areas over the internship and present to leadership their assessment and analysis of their learnings.
