About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. Our program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what it's like to work here full-time. We deliver a best-in-class program experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community, while receiving critical training and development to be a future Fidelity associate. Interns can expect to participate in professional and financial development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and regional events to build connections with leaders and fellow interns.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and pivot tables.

• Interest in the analytical side of finance.
• Current college student (undergraduate or graduate) who will return to coursework after their summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Work on analytical and back-end finance projects independently.
• Update financial and statistical information.
• Automate processes and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis and financial modeling.
• Understand how money moves through Fidelity.
