About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. Our program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what it's like to work here full-time. We deliver a best-in-class program experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community, while receiving critical training and development to be a future Fidelity associate. Interns can expect professional and financial development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and regional events to build connections with leaders and fellow interns.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Audit, Risk, and Compliance groups to protect the interests of customers and associates.
• Engage in roles such as Business Audit, Technology Audit, Enterprise Risk and Compliance, Technology Risk, Data Analytics, and Global Security and Investigations.
• Help determine issues before they arise and maintain the ethical standards of the organization.
• Focus on regulatory and operational aspects of managing financial risk.
• Investigate financial crimes and flag accounts with suspicious activities.
