About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. Requirements

• Current college student (undergraduate or graduate) who will return to coursework after their summer internship.
• Mathematics, Actuarial Science or quantitative subject major preferred.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high aptitude to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Associates Consultants to provide advice to clients regarding their benefit programs with an initial emphasis in defined benefit plans.
• Develop financial, business, and consultative skills.
• Engage in professional and financial development sessions.
• Participate in mentorship programs and connect with experienced professionals.
• Build connections with leaders and fellow interns through regional events.
