About The Position

Are you looking to gain sales experience? Try out the Account Manager Associate role! You’ll communicate with our Partners to understand their goals to deliver a solution! You won't be alone; an Account Manager will work alongside you along the way to help you to WIN the sale! What will you gain from us? You will gain hands-on, interactive experience building relationships with clients, and making your own sales! This is a 13-week internship program, here are the details: Our goal is to build lasting professional relationships that will help prepare you for the modern workplace while also helping BLUSOURCE find our next full-time Blu Crew members. So, over the course of the summer, BLUSOURCE interns will learn about business operations, receive dedicated time and feedback from business leaders, have opportunities to make formal presentations to company leaders, and gain useful experience in their department.

Requirements

  • Hold or are working towards a bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Communication or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Sage 100 (ERP) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

  • Operating as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts.
  • Identify and develop new partners and achieve weekly call goals and monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Support your assigned Account Manager and act as a secondary contact for their account base.
  • Make quality assurance calls and provide consistent, exceptional customer service to all partners.
