ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This internship is designed to provide broad exposure across three key areas of the business: Sales, Global Customer Service and Business Operations. The intern may work on building data-driven frameworks to track and improve business performance, including developing sales reporting and account health models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Additionally, the intern may leverage the Genesys customer journey management platform to analyze end-to-end customer experiences, identifying key moments of disengagement or unnecessary escalation and designing strategies to increase engagement and self-service adoption. Furthermore, the intern may support product portfolio optimization and operational improvement initiatives by analyzing product, supply chain, and business data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements. Across all areas, the intern may translate complex data into actionable insights, business cases, and prioritized recommendations that drive measurable impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience—the intern may support the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in project management and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes
  • Experience developing data-driven recommendations and business cases
  • Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive mindset with a strong desire to understand root causes and drive solutions
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Exposure to customer experience, customer support, or journey analytics
  • Familiarity with sales, product, or business performance metrics
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, particularly for executive audiences
