Weekly schedule : 28 hours per week, 9:00am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Pay rate : $17.00/hour As an HBG Marketing and Publicity Intern at Running Press (located in HBG’s Philadelphia office), you will work closely with seasoned professionals and gain hands-on experience by supporting day-to-day marketing and publicity tasks, contributing to special projects, and attending departmental meetings. As part of the program, the hybrid summer intern will complete a project focused on optimizing and expanding our Amazon merchandising strategy by assisting with the development of Amazon A+ Content Detail pages, the Running Press Amazon Storefront, and Brand Story modules. The intern will conduct competitive research, help draft design briefs, and coordinate with marketers and designers to support content development. In addition, the intern will assist in preparing materials for upcoming sales conferences and meetings, including collaborating on sales materials and helping develop PowerPoint presentations. The role also includes supporting select publicity initiatives and administrative tasks to gain a broad understanding of marketing and publicity within a publishing environment.
