About The Position

The Rotational Finance Internship offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in various finance-related areas within the company. Interns will train and learn from functional leaders and managers in Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, and Corporate Finance. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the systems and processes used in Accounting, Finance, and Audit at DFA. Interns will also gain insights into the dairy industry and learn about DFA’s culture, value system, and business model to work effectively within the organization. Participation in intern program-related activities is also a key component of this internship.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program with a degree focus in Finance or Accounting

Responsibilities

• Train and learn from various functional leaders/managers in multiple Finance related areas: Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit and Corporate Finance
• Develop a good understanding of DFA’s systems and processes in Accounting, Finance and Audit
• Gain an understanding of the dairy industry
• Learn DFA’s culture, value system, and business model to work effectively within it
• Participate in intern program related activities
