About The Position

This position offers an introduction to the entire Manufacturing Process, encompassing various stages from Procurement to Raw Receiving, Pasteurizing, Filling, Packaging, Warehouse Stocking, and Warehouse Loading. Lab Testing is conducted at each necessary step to ensure quality and compliance. The role involves a focus on the procurement of MIP (Milk Ingredient Products) and the logistics of loading products onto trucks and trailers for delivery to customers. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to ride along with a local route delivery to gain practical experience in the field.

Requirements

• The qualified candidate will be a sophomore, junior or senior in the fall of 2026
• Degree focus in Science, associated with dairy

Responsibilities

• Introduction to the entire Manufacturing Process from Procurement to Raw Receiving, to Pasteurizing, to Filling, to Packaging, to Warehouse Stocking, to Warehouse Loading with Lab Testing at each step necessary
• Focusing on each step from procurement of MIP to loading on trucks/trailers for delivery to customers
• Ride-a-long with a local route delivery
• Shadow a Merchandising Rep on their route of inventorying, stocking and ordering
• Shadow Finance to see Route Settlement and Cost Accounting
• Shadow Inventory Management
