What It's Like The AI Product Management team builds customer facing AI capabilities to enable better experiences, reduce calls to care, improve revenue, and solve customer problems. The team is focused on company wide major initiatives that have high visibility, and large scale impact. We have delivered chat in T-Life, first of kind Journey bot to help customers upgrade with assistance, and bringing voice bot to other channels. What You'll Do The intern will own a piece of the roadmap and learn the end to end product delivery. Will dive into data, find problems, write requirements to build capabilities to solve that, work to launch it and measure and report on its impact.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program and have at least one semester remaining following the internship
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
