We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. What It's Like Lead the enhancement and ongoing management of services that drive adoption of new devices. This role focuses on improving customer-facing programs such as device financing, trade-in options, early upgrade programs, and delivery services. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, support product improvements, and help deliver seamless experiences that accelerate device adoption. What You'll Do This internship supports the Director of Device Services on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing services that drive new device adoption. The intern will partner closely with a team of 20, helping remove barriers to project execution and supporting product enhancement initiatives across areas such as device financing, trade-in, early upgrade programs, and delivery services.
