The internship program will consist of a variety of technical trainings, professional development networking events, and collaboration on challenging technical projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited, in-person, not-for-profit Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Human Factors, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, or related field and graduating between December 2026 and June 2028
  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and designs
  • Experience designing and delivering website product features for consumers
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to launch features
  • Experience conducting user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience developing and evolving design systems
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Strong verbal and written skills communicating ideas, concepts, and designs
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end web programming languages
  • Familiarity with W3C/WCAG and ADA web accessibility standards

  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college
  • Experience conducting user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written skills communicating ideas, concepts, and designs

Benefits

  • Hourly wage equivalent to $35 - $40 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience
