About The Position

The Howmet Aerospace Summer Internship Program , in our Howmet Engines business unit, will include engaging and impactful projects, lunch & learns presented by senior leaders, tours of our manufacturing plant & processes, networking opportunities, and fun social activities to connect with fellow interns. The internship is paid, working 40 hours a week, and is approximately 12 weeks.

Requirements

• 3.0 GPA and above.
• Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity.
• Prior work experience.
• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, operations management, supply chain, engineering or related with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• ⁠ This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Responsibilities

• Assigned projects will focus on process improvements relevant to scheduling, order to pay, and supplier forecasting.
• Tasks will be assigned to review current state, and both recommend and implement proposed improvements.
• The intern selected for this role will contribute to both the procurement and supply chain teams.
