Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. What You Will Do Support the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation initiative with a focus on Global Trade compliance and ERP harmonization. Gain hands-on experience with key ERP processes, including Plan to Sustain, Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Opportunity to Cash. Collaborate with the Global Trade team on system security and data access requirements. Assist in testing and validating advanced digital capabilities and systems. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective system implementation. What You Will Learn A thorough understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business processes and systems, and their role in supporting enterprise operations. Key insights into Global Trade compliance requirements and their integration into organizational systems. Best practices for process harmonization and system transformation in a large, complex organization. Hands-on experience with advanced digital systems designed to optimize trade compliance. Exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools, and their application to real-world business challenges. Collaboration skills through engagement with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills through contributions to impactful projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Cannot graduate prior to September 2026.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in enterprise systems, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
  • Coursework or certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira or MS Project).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
