Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a process-oriented Process Quality Control Intern to join our Crozier Global Art Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving brand consistency and operational professionalism by analyzing client survey results and implementing action plans to fix workflow issues in billing and storage.

Requirements

Foundational understanding of supply chain or marketing with an interest in how workflows impact the final client experience.
Strong knowledge of G-Suite and the ability to interpret survey data into actionable process improvements.
Proven ability in problem-solving and attention to detail, specifically regarding inventory flow and identifying missing process steps.
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on product supply services.

Responsibilities

Execute an action plan to resolve operational issues based on client survey results and field operative controls to improve the overall client experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit workflows, specifically regarding storage billing and client experience operations.
Ensure compliance with field operative controls and organizational standards to maintain high levels of brand consistency across the art logistics network.
