This position involves working in various areas of the plant to gain familiarity with the process flow. The role includes working with blending, spray drying, packaging, and storing operations of specialized dairy products. The candidate will assist in the compilation and analysis of production and operational data, perform short projects supporting continuous improvement, optimization, and operational efficiency. Additionally, maintaining safe working conditions for employees and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues is crucial. The candidate is expected to follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
