Requirements

  • Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university, with expected graduation date of June, 2027 or sooner
  • Good academic standing at their university, with Major GPA of 3.7 or above on a 4.0 scale preferred
  • Problem solving, root cause mechanism development and validation
  • Technical presentation and communication skills required
  • Knowledge of CAD modeling, FEA simulation, GD&T, JMP, failure analysis experience preferred
  • Product development experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Skills in Data Science, statistics, Design of Experiment
  • Semiconductor classes, background or experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify required changes needed to improve hardware performance
  • Work with engineering team and vendors to prototype and test hardware
  • Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on engineering experiments
  • Analyze test results and generate marketing reports to demonstrate value to customers
